Office Manager
I have worked for CEET since April 2006; I am in charge of translations and interpreting. I control a team that secures your orders, from the first contact to negotiation of the best terms, to the selection of the right translator. From our database of over a thousand professionals, we select the most suitable candidate for your language combination and expert specialisation. My job is to require perfect results from both the entire project team and from external suppliers. As standard practice, I monitor field development and the newest trends that may make your order even faster, better, and cheaper.
What can I say about myself?
I have three children; I spend all my free time with my children, and paying basketball, which I actively played for twelve years. Currently, my husband and I coach a basketball team of young children. I am a life optimist; empathy is my strength, board games are my hobby.
Project Team
- Consists of university and high school graduates together with technically educated coordinators and Project Managers
- Speaks with our clients, based on their choice, in: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, and Czech
- Members continue to educate themselves. We fully trust our team’s professional competence; still, the work of this team is subject to continuous quality monitoring, and a yearly independent audit is implemented by an external company
- Every customer has his or her Project Coordinator, or Manager, in charge of his or her orders and is responsible for their implementation and for client communication.
Client Portal
- Provides direct communication with clients, for whom it is accessible 24 hours a day on-line
- Each client receives an access password. After filling the password in, he or she can see all of his or her orders – he or she can easily find out which phase the translation is in, or check the fulfilment of deadlines and invoices
