• We accept translations on-line , by e-mail, fax, or mail
• By return, we set the price calculation and delivery deadline
• The implementation of orders is secured by a specialised project team consisting of Project Managers, Coordinators, translators, and proofreaders
• The flexibility of client communication is always secured by a Project Coordinator, who is at your service seven days a week;
• You may monitor your order on-line, using our Client Centre where you can check both the phase your translation is in, and the fulfilment of deadlines, and you can also check the invoicing;
